BROTH - Chicken, beef or pork

All ingredients are sourced from local farms and cooked in small batches in a slowcooker. 
INGREDIENTS: 
Chicken: Mennonite natural pasture-raised chicken from Weber Farm (includes non-GMO (treaceable) feed that includes a small amount of soya), filtered water, organic onions, organic celery, organic apple cider vinegar. 
Beef: Natural pasture raised beef bones (no additional grain feed). (Twin Creeks Farm)
Pork: Naturally raised pork bones. Feed is organic and non-GMO. (Twin Creeks Farm)
Use in soups, sauces or cook your grains in mineral & gelatin rich broth. 

CRUNCHY NOURISHING TRADITIONS GRANOLA

To make the ingredients more digestible and the nutrients more available, the oats have been soaked/fermented in home-made kefir, spring water, butter and coconut oil for a day and a half. Then they have been baked at a low temperature, with the addition of a small amount of maple syrup and some cinnamon. Finally, we have added some crispy nuts (soaked and dehydrated nuts), dried fruit and shredded coconut for sweetness and flavour. A delicious "not out of a box" morning cereal or as a topping for fruit or home-made ice-cream.  


THE BEST ALMOND BUTTER ON THE PLANET

This almond butter IS TO DIE FOR!!!  Well, don't jump off the cliff yet.  The almonds have been soaked and dehydrated and then processed into a delicious ambrosia with coconut oil, just a touch of raw honey and a pinch of sea salt.  This is the true stuff!  A great snack for those who suffer from hypoglycemia and those who love good food. Spread on Sourdough bread, crackers, veggies or eat off the spoon. 

DELICIOUS SPICE COOKIES - Gluten and grain free

These delicious cookies are sweetened with dates and contain no flour or grains. They are made with crispy almonds, coconut flour, butter, eggs and spices (cinnamon, cardamom and a touch of ginger). Devoured by kids and adults alike. Great for mid-afternoon snack. Lower in carbs. 

CARROT & GINGER SAUERKRAUT

A great condiment for any traditional meal. A delicious Sauerkrauat with a hint of ginger taste and sweet carrots. Sauerkraut lasts for a loooong time in the fridge. It is a true "fast food", just take a large spoon or two from the jar and eat with any cooked meal or add to salads and soups. Adds enzymes and beneficial bacteria to our diet. High in vitamin C and with anti-cancer properties from the cabbage.
