Patricia Meyer-Watt,B.Com, CNP
Holistic Nutritionist

Patricia is a first class honours graduate from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN) in Toronto, Canada. She received a CNP (Certified Nutritional Practitioner) designation from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2004.
After improving her health through a special diet, appropriate supplements and lifestyle changes, Patricia decided to go back to school to study holistic nutrition. She continues to take seminars, attend conferences and is constantly upgrading her education.
She practices in Toronto, Canada, consulting with private clients, giving nutrition seminars, offering cooking and nutrition classes and working with the patients of Dr. Paul Jaconello at the Jaconello Centre for Nutritional and Preventive Medicine. She is also a Certified GAPS Practitioner (Gut & Psychology Syndrome by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride).
Patricia is a past Faculty Memeber of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and of the Holistic Cooking Academy of Canada. She has taught cooking classes at The Big Carrot, Whole Foods and from her spacious home kitchen. She is a passionate nutrition and food-preparation educator.
She is a Volunteer Chapter Leader for the (non-for profit) Weston A. Price Foundation promoting healthy traditional diets and supporting local farmers who use traditional farming methods (organic, bio-dynamic and pasture based farming). She organizes local chapter meets, pot-lucks, short cooking demos, DVD viewings and keeps a list of resources for healthy traditional foods.
Her kitchen counters are always cluttered with simmering broth, sprouting seeds, fermenting condiments & other nutritious foods. She sources most of her meats and produce from local farmers who raise their animals on pasture. She can be found purchasing goodies at various farmer's markets around the city year round.
